Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. This is your statutory cooling off period.
The £1 trial fee is non-refundable once the trial has been activated and you have begun using the service.
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling off period and have not used the service beyond the trial, you will receive a full refund of any subscription payment taken. If you have requested that the service begin during the cooling off period and subsequently cancel, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the service used.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel in two ways:
When you cancel, your service continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
We do not offer refunds for partial months after the cooling off period has ended. You will retain full access to the service until the end of your paid period.
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our payment processor and merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing, VAT, and refund processing on our behalf.
Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. We cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods.
If the Patchcalls service was materially unavailable during your billing period due to an extended outage on our end, please contact us. We will assess the situation and may offer a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of service abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
If you have any questions about our refund policy or need to request a refund, please get in touch:

We aim to respond to all refund enquiries within 2 business days.
